Kim Bradley is serving his second term as the representative of Ward One, which includes the northwestern part of Hattiesburg, the University of Southern Mississippi, the Lake Terrace Convention Center, and the USM Research Center. He is currently the president of the City Council.
Councilman Bradley owns Taylor Rental. He was born and raised in Hattiesburg, is a graduate of Hattiesburg High School, and holds a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a member of the USM Alumni Association and of the Circle of Champions.
He is a member and former president of the Board of Directors of the Hattiesburg Country Club, and is an active member of First Baptist Church. He and his wife, Erin Pittman Bradley, have two daughters, Alex and Abby.
