DESCRIPTION:This event will kick off Domestic Violence Awareness Month – bringin awareness to the growing issue\, not only in our community but all around the world. In addition to the race\, there will be games for all ages\, a blood donation truck and key resources to share with those you know who may be in trouble.\nFree entry into the event! $20 to run\, which includes a t-shirt in your registration fee. There will be prizes awarded for first\, second\, and third place winner by age group and gender.\nYou MUST register by September 20 to guarantee a t-shirt. All registrations after that date are subject to t-shirt availability.\nIf you have any questions about the race our would like to volunteer\, please contact mawilson@hattiesburgms.com.\nIf you would like to sponsor the event\, please reach out to the HPD Benevolent Fund.\nAll funds raised from this event will go toward helping children involved in violence situations in our community throughout the holidays.\n
