It serves as a vital artistic outlet for both music majors and non-music majors who seek a serious and enriching musical experience. In recent seasons\, the Symphonic Winds has premiered new works by esteemed composers Luigi Zaninelli and James David\, further reinforcing its role as a forward-thinking ensemble at the forefront of wind band innovation. The group is currently under the direction of Dr. Travis Higa. \n \n
