DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, February 9 for Moonlight Cocktail\, a killer-diller of a block party hosted by Hattiesburg Saenger Theater to unveil the City’s next phase of string lighting and to celebrate the Glenn Miller Orchestra Band being in Hattiesburg. \nYou don’t want to miss this throwback event featuring craft-themed cocktails\, vintage photo opportunities and pre-show jazz from the 40s. No matter your age\, we encourage you to dress in your best and travel back in time as we unveil a new feature in Downtown Hattiesburg\, followed by quality music from another era. We suggest grabbing your tickets to the Glenn Miller Orchestra Band before the big night! \nThe block party will begin at 6 p.m.\, Mayor Toby Barker will flip the switch on the new lights at 7:15 p.m. and the Glenn Miller Band will go on stage at 8 p.m. \nThe block party and lighting ceremony is free to attend\, but tickets are required for the Glenn Miller Band.
