The brainchild of Jonathan Bass\, this Memphis-based trio is spreading jammy goodness on buttery grooves while holding strong to the traditional ingredients of jazz and blues. They bring a fusion of original compositions and standards to the table at which all are welcome. Bass is a longtime Memphis musician who is an in-demand sideman\, teacher\, and leader of his own creative endeavors. He is joined by two Memphis-based musicians\, Carl Caspersen\, a first call\, session bass player and Mike Assad\,  a household name for drummers who is on faculty at the University of Memphis\, Rhodes College\, and Visible Music College. \n
