DESCRIPTION:Join FestivalFavorite Theresa Sanchez for an incredible evening of artistry. Immerse yourself in the music of the masterful Schumann and Brahms. Schumann’s Piano Quintet was the first great chamber-music work that paired the piano with a string quartet and shows the obvious roller-coaster of emotions he was experiencing at the time. Brahms modeled his work on Schumann’s and it is generally considered to be Brahms’s great chamber music epic completed when he was only thirty-one. This is sure to be one of the highlights of the classical music season in Hattiesburg. \n
