DESCRIPTION:National Drive Electric Week\, September 14-22\, 2019\, is a nationwide celebration\nto heighten awareness of today’s widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric\nand plug-in hybrid-electric cars\, trucks\, motorcycles\, and more. They are fun to drive\, are less\nexpensive and more convenient to fuel than gasoline vehicles\, are better for the environment\, promote local\njobs\, and reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Are you considering going electric? Come talk to owners who\nhave successfully done so. \nJoin us on September 14\, 2019 from 9am to 1pm at Hattiesburg Kamper Park and Zoo (Pavilion 1). The address is 107 S 17th Ave (near the zoo entrance). We will celebrate the beginning of National Drive Electric Week by hosting a meet where electric vehicle owners and enthusiasts can gather and share information. See various models of electric and hybrid vehicles and ask questions you may have to owners who drive these vehicles daily. \n
