Site Plan Review

PURPOSE
The main purpose of the Site Plan Review process is to make certain that the development plans comply with all applicable and appropriate Land Development Code regulations and ordinances and are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
SITE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS

Note: A Pre-Application meeting with the Planning staff is required prior to submitting a Site Plan Application.

Submit completed Site Plan Review application with development plans and appropriate fees to the Planning Division in City Hall. Review by staff for completeness of application.

Site Plan Review Agenda will be set and applicants notified of appointment times.

A project representative must attend the Site Plan Review meeting.

Site Plan Review Committee reviews the development project for its compliance with the city’s codes and regulations.

Any modifications to an approved Site Plan must be resubmitted to the Planning Department for re-consideration.

Upon final approval of the Site Plan Review Committee, a building permit application and construction plans may be submitted to the Building Division.
