City conducting water improvements

Hattiesburg residents may see some discolored tap water for a short period of time while the city makes some changes to the water system. “We’re making some improvements to our water plants right now, and it’s causing disruption in the water system,” Water and Sewer Departmentdirector Chad Frierson said Wednesday during a press conference.
