Higher Ratings and More Money for Health Care Agencies
Hattiesburg-The City of Hattiesburg and Gaddy Janitorial & Floor Care will host a health summit on Friday, Aug. 17 at the University of Southern Mississippi’s Trent Lott Center to highlight the benefits of a safe and clean environment.
The Cleaner Safer Healthier Care Conference will be held from 7:30 a.m., to 4:30 p.m. Experts in the field of cleaning and infection prevention will detail how scoring an “A” on cleaning and infection prevention equals higher consumer satisfaction ratings and more money.
The conference is ideal for directors and staffs of hospitals, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Richard Wild, the Chief Medical Officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services based in the Atlanta Regional Office. Other presenters
hail from the Mississippi State Department of Health, University of Mississippi Medical Center, Gulf Coast Health Educators, and other prominent organizations.
Vendors will also be on site exhibiting innovative technology that can help create and maintain a safe and healthier environment. The registration fee is $60. Attendees will receive:
